FOOTBALL 4 stars for '21, how many more?

So, we have four 4 stars in this class (and probably more that should be...but let's not get into that here). How many more can we reasonably add, that we have an actual chance on for this class? Rivals show us as #20 in the rankings for '21, wondering how high we could reasonably get, and what our current best case scenario is.
