First off, I'm hearing Luke Kasubke, Davion Bradford and a couple other Mehkwille kids are taking their talents to MoKan this year. Brad Beal Elite is loaded and they're suppose to he showcasing Fletcher and Love this summer. After watching Cam play this past weekend and me seeing him score off the bounce, he's there. My biggest criticism of him, were questions I had of him creating his own shot. Well, 8 saw it and if he can consistently do that this summer he'll end up a five star kid with his length.

A bunch of African-American football coaches has formed a group called Missouri Minority Coaches Association. It's comprised of high school coaches, as well as little league coaches. Well, they had their first forum Saturday and a couple of Illinois coaches were present, including Coach Patterson. Mizzou didn't have a representative for the event but I hope in the future HCBO and staff will hopefully participate. I heard it was a great event and also this is a completely different group of coaches than what DJ is involved with.

Lastly, I hope Will Franklin and Odom are on good terms because he making waves throughout the St. Louis area with these high level football players. Since taking over as Vashon's Football Coach, he has received transfers from Cardinal Ritter, Lutheran North, Trinity, and CBC. He had a little league team a few years ago and they are 2022 kids, most notably Luther Burden and the majority of them are excited about Franklin coming back to coach. He'll have some high level kids coming out of Vashon the next couple of years and I hope it'll be to Mizzou's benefit.

P.S. We made it to state this year and we look forward to ending that winning streak that Strafford has..Go Lady Crusaders
