read today were there are negotiations to base rights $$$ on tv ratings. Trying to appease fsu, clemson and miami. another bad sign. If they do this, how long before georgia, ohio st, bama, texas demand same…creating even bigger gaps within conferences wont help.
on a silmilar note, this one angers folks, but the current model wont work ling term. Mizzou loses 41 mill….ohio st lost 37 mill..i saw texas was 4 mill in the black…but now add in another 20 mill or so going to athletes..how long do schools keep doling $$$ out to cover it?
