Interesting to me that you could get EXACTLY the same answers if you were talking about Mike Alden. I do believe he is leaving us in MUCH better shape than when he got here, but the coaching hires on the basketball side have certainly been a roller coaster ride.
If Rhoades does as well as Alden over the next ten years, I for one will say this is a great AD hire.
