First..I would be searching for my new coach. Drink like recruiter type just like we all believe.
But...my backup plan would be way crazy. I would keep Cuonzo if he could lure Bruce Weber as his Associate Head Coach AND if I could create a "NIL" platform with a donor and a young recruiting guru that rivals the offensive line setup for Texas and the entire A&M program. Special ones for the elite guys. But a blocking and tackling for players 3-10. 10 guys getting paid. All legal.
The cheating is over. Its now a level playing field. Must find money to pay the best players. Cuonzo is a great dude who knows kids and hoops. Weber is a strategist. Now get 2 recruiters and great young basketball minds and lets go get em.
