The word out of Tuscaloosa: The Bama offense should be terrific; the defense (especially the secondary depth and experience) is far from a finished product. Their special teams should be improved. Aside from possible injuries and/or COVID-19 personnel changes, it seems that first game of the year might be the best time to play the Tide. IMO, Mizzou defense will be severely tested. Question is mainly whether the offense can move the ball and put up some points. Early prediction: Bama 42 Mizzou 17. Anything under 36 points should be counted as a moral victory for the defense.
