Was just hit with “Fair Just and Reasonable” damages for definition and slander past and future to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars. What did Jones do that was not within his 1st amendment rights. I get it that they lost their children but how were they further damaged by lame comments from Jones. The amounts are so large that they will never be paid, so they are neither fair or reasonable.
I do not follow this guy or know anything about him other then a few clips posted here. Looked like an asshole. Again never watched his show/blog? What did he do that was worse then what they say nightly on CNN.
