Dear Mizzou Family,

Thank you to all of our fans, students, alumni, faculty/staff, donors and season ticket holders who joined us at Faurot Field for our home opener victory this past Saturday. Your passion and cheers not only provide a great home team advantage but also helps drive the continued growth and success of our football program.

At the conclusion of the game, our Department team surveyed many of you who attended the game to seek out what we did well and to ascertain areas that we can improve upon, and we thank all of you who took the time to share your thoughts. We also sought out honest feedback from every event staff member, in our desire to provide you with an improved gameday experience.

Based on your feedback and that from our staff, we are taking immediate steps to:

• Enhance the training of the entry staff who scans tickets.
• Direct our concessionaire to improve the training, service, order accuracy and food/beverage supply at our concession stands.
• Add signage to all concession stands which accept cash payments.
• Adjust the volume of the north end zone speaker system.
• Provide printed roster cards inside each gate for fans upon entry.
• Produce and post QR codes to access our free, digital game program.

We can do better—and we will—and we are committed to making your trips to cheer on the Tigers more memorable and effortless. We will continue to seek feedback and to make any necessary adjustments as the season progresses.

We are looking forward to our SEC opener this Saturday at Kentucky and then we will see you all again next Saturday, September 18, when we play host to Southeast Missouri State with kickoff set for 11:00 a.m.
