Andy Hill Special teams coach

On the way home yesterday the Mizzou Network interviewed Hill. He was talking about how special teams probably needs to improve. The Kentucky punt return was a major factor in the loss and he didn't deny it. Do we need a new special teams coach and let Andy Hill retire? Does he still play a major role in recruiting? I know he has been here a long time but we must improve our special teams to be competitive in the SEC
