Just watched a show on the travel channel about the top 15 bbq dishes in America. Had wabash burnt ends in excelsior springs at #3. Haven’t heard of it and find this very random. Thoughts?
I’ve been in spfld since Friday and I had city butcher yesterday. I was surprised by how great it was. Burnt ends and sausage were both fantastic.
