As I see it, the following are the names that Sterk should have on his list, in order of preference.
Healy
Napier
Drinkwitz
Monken
Healy is my favorite, though, and has already shown a remarkable ability to recruit in just 4 years as a head coach.
1. He recruited the #1 class in FCS the year AFTER Austin Peay went 0-11. They went 8-4 the next year. Just think of how dynamic he must be on the recruiting trail to pull that off.
2. He recruited the #3 class in Conf USA at Charlotte in his first year. The year before, Charlotte had the worst ranked class in the conference.
The man can flat out recruit. A great article on Healy's recruiting I came across:

The best coach in college football, Dabo Swinney, described Healy's offensive scheme in glowing terms, and has high praise for the energy, vibe, and culture he creates as a head coach.
Lastly, Healy could be had at a cost that is well within Mizzou's budget. With his youth and charisma, he will quickly win the hearts and minds of Missouri fans and have us as excited for the future since before 2015. Healy is a no-brainer. Get it done, Sterk.
As an aside...Anderson, Holtz, Fritz, or any other middle aged guy with merely above avg success should never be on any list of a competent AD in this conference. If he comes back again with any of them, he should be fired immediately and Sunny placed as interim AD to hire our new coach.
