I'm looking to sell a camper, but the bank has the title. It's my understanding that the title won't be released until it is paid off, which I will need the money from the sale to pay off. How is the buyer able to use the camper until they get the title and can register this?
It seems this would be the case if you bought a car from a third party and they has a loan. Has anyone bought a car from someone and had to wait on the title?
