Longtime Booche's employees buy the burger joint
Jeff Bossaller and Josh Fuller have acquired the business and want to keep the menu the same.
Booche’s restaurant and bar was recently bought by two longtime employees, and they aim to keep the local establishment as original as possible.
Booche’s restaurant, bar and pool hall has long been a staple in downtown Columbia — since 1884 to be exact. Recently, ownership has moved from Rick Robertson, the owner since 2004, to Jeff Bossaller and Josh Fuller. Bossaller and Fuller have each worked at Booche’s for over 20 years.
