Apple wallet issue

If already discussed so sorry. But, when I try to move my tickets to my apple wallet I get the following message:

Pass Disabled

This pass is associated with a different Apple ID....

Anyone with similar issue and a fix for this?

No one else could have downloaded those tickets but me
