My guess is 5, but it could be way larger depending on what this next release from the FBI says. Honestly, not surprised, but I find it despicable that Mark Emmert is sitting on his hands. If their were ever a time to be proactive and clean up the game, NOW is that time. And yes, I know the FBI will be hitting the cash cow's but do you really think this is going away anytime soon?
