Have read some of the board last night and a bit this morning. Mizzou did come out lethargic to start. At around 2 minutes to go in the 3rd, Mizzou was getting ready to put the hammer on BC. The defense was looking good, and had just gotten a stop. Offense was driving down the field. Then mouthpiece gate started an avalanche of bullshit. I get Burden doesn't want to take any shit off of anyone but, he is going to have to realize other teams are going to get in his head.
Mizzou got pissed and didn't play with poise. If gave BC some life. If that deal doesn't happen I think Mizzou pounds in for a score, goes up 31-14 and BC folds up.
Yes penalties need to be cleaned up. That was the only thing that kept BC in the game. Extended two drives that led to TD's and probably cost Mizzou at least two TD drives. If this had been an SEC game with an SEC crew I don't think half of that shit would have been called. I have not changed my stance on the season.
