College baseball is not an area of expertise for most PM members. Certainly not for me.
Having said that, who are realistic options to run the program and why do you think they would take the job?
For the purpose of discussion, let's say that Mack Rhoades decides to upgrade the facility, the scheduling, and improve/increase marketing and awareness of the program.
If that is Mizzou's new committment to the program, who would be a reasonable hire?
Bring Jamieson back?
Could they convince Coach Earlywine to switch sports?
Is there an "Earlywine" type out there for baseball?
Are there an "obvious" two or three guys to interview?
Looking forward to seeing what others, more informed, think.
