I stumbled across this 13-minute video that focuses on Ben Sternberg's journey to play for Cleveland State. At the very end, there is footage of Coach Gates and how he made Ben earn his jersey at Cleveland State. Any hoops fan that likes an underdog story will enjoy the video. I'm glad Sternberg followed Gates to Columbia.
