Biden DOJ intervenes in Trump suit against Twitter for being Banned.

DOJ intervenes to defend Section 230.

I don't understand this. First off, it was not needed at this stage. The optics should look bad. Of course no MSM has an article on it when I checked the Google.

There are many other cases where DOJ can step in to defend 230, but they choose not to do so.
