I cannot help but notice in Independence, the last bastion of freedom in Jackson County, that 90 percent of blacks will be wearing a mask and others will not be. As you know, you don't have to wear a mask into any store in Independence. Yet, vast majority of blacks walk in with their dumb-ass blue paper mask over the mouth and under their noses. Same goes for Johnson County over in KS too.
