The board deserves blame for this debacle as well. Including Sunny who is getting a pass right now by many on here. Why wouldn’t they have demanded that Sterk have a really strong option ready to go prior to pulling the trigger on Odom? Perhaps bylaws dont provide them a formal vote prior to firing, but they surely have a duty to provide oversight. Dereliction of duty in my view.
