I am trying to help out my in laws who called 800 CAT PAWS to get bragging rights tickets. They were told to call the Scott Trade Center and were given an 888 # to call. The call goes to a # that answers box office ticket office. They were charged three times the face value of the ticket. The Scott Trade said they cannot charge that amount. The 888 # is not a number for Scott Trade.
Two questions:
1) Anyone else know of anyone who had this happen to them?
2) Anyone know who I should try and talk to at the MU ticket office to let them know that there maybe an employee who is giving out false information for people to get tickets through?
