FOOTBALL Single game tickets (different question)

Single game tickets go on sale July 29th. Does anyone know how I can get the tickets for the east side with the wristbands for included concessions? Also does this normally drive up the price of 3rd party prices? Currently I'm seeing them run for $109 a ticket through vivid seats but i don't believe it comes with the wrist band.
