Other than adding a grad transfer/juco to fill the hole at the 4 spot, this is the biggest question for next year imo.
In a little over 23 mins a game he's putting up 10.5 pts and 5.8 boards a game while shooting 56% from the field and 71% from the line. He averages just under a block per game but as we know a huge issue is he is averages 3.6 fouls a game (or 6 fouls per 40 mins).
In his sophomore season, Arthur Johnson played around 29 mins per game and put up 12 & 8 while shooting 55% from the field and 55% from the line. While he did have some foul issues (3.1 a game and 4.3 per 40 mins), he was an elite shot blocker averaging 2 per game.
Clearly AJ was ahead of JT at this point in their careers, but it's not by as much as I thought. AJ turned into a monster his junior year but never became a good FT shooter which hurt his scoring average. If Tilmon can be reliable enough to stay on the court for 30 mins a game, I don't think it's crazy to envision him taking a similar step forward. He should be surrounded by some good outside shooters and adding someone who can do anything that resembles playing basketball at the 4 will take some of the focus off him in the post.
