I don’t pretend to be one of the people who know about these things, but I read quite a bit that people who know about these things write. And From what I’ve read, this is an excellent hire by USCe. He probably should have his own head job somewhere.
Who knows whether it makes much of a difference. It certainly won’t do Carolina any harm.
