Bruce Feldman released his projection for this season and had Mizzou as the first team out. His rankings were as followed:

At first glance, I just don't see how Florida State, Utah, Penn State, and Miami have the ceiling Feldman is projecting this year. Utah is a QB injury away from looking the exact same as last year, Franklin has never gotten over the hump at Penn State, Miami is overhyped every year, and Florida State lost a lot of talent from last year's squad. This is such a chalk answer.
