I'm sure this would never go anywhere but I'd love to see recruiting rules change as follows.
1. Schools must identify and offer kids a minimum of 3 months prior to signing day.
2. Kids can only take official visits to schools that have actually offered.
Seems to me these 2 changes would drastically cut down on the chaos that happens the last few weeks of every recruiting cycle.
