I don't think they will take up the immunity case now. Could be done after trial if convicted. It's a very complex issue or we will be sending presidents to jail after term with regularity . It will have to be a splitting of the baby in Solomon court. Can't overlook all criminal behavior but a president's official acts cover a wide swath .
They may want to throw dems a bone. Now it only takes 4 to take it up. If they sit on it for a month before not taking it up then it would put it somewhere in May or later. And the court will have an answer to the other question that involves half of the case against Trump in June, so the court should wait til that decision. Since the judge hates Trump she may not so in a long trial they may have to say "Never mind" to charges mid trial. That may cause a mistrial. The ju r y has been told by government he committed all of this stuff in charges. That prejudices the jury.
