I'm told that Hicks actually DOES have a year of eligibility remaining. He must have gotten approved for a waiver at some point.

So I guess Mizzou must have gotten some sort of waiver for 2022 when he didn't play allowing him to come back for a 7th season if the information I've been given is correct
