As I posted earlier, there was a report saying Kevon Billingsley was arrested. From the information we can find and what we are being told, that is actually not true. There is a report that someone with the same last name and address was arrested. The initial report we linked listed Kevon as the involved party. From what we are being told, someone gave the police Kevon's name. So it appears that the Mizzou commit was NOT involved in the incident, despite the crime report that listed him as involved.
