Class Action Law Suit

Can fans file class action lawsuit against NCAA for this? Punishment seems to far exceed the crime here.

As a 12 year season ticket holder and TSF member I'm pissed and if we as fans have a claim here I feel we need to get this moving pronto to exert pressure on NCAA.
