1. Now that we know we're sticking with Odom, get the man an extension so he can use that on the recruiting trail.
2. Give Josh Heupel a big raise and an even bigger buyout.
3. Pick up an elite DC that Odom can trust to run that side of the ball. Will be interesting to see if Odom opts to bring in an experienced DC or if he promotes Walters to DC and hires a position coach only.
With all the coaching staff turnover coming in two weeks I'll mention that if nebraska fires Mike Riley, Bob Diaco will become available. We'd only be able to keep him 2-3 years but he's solid. Randy Shannon will also be available and is a quality DC with deep recruiting ties in FL.
