Have been thinking about purchasing a single family home in Columbia to rent out to family types. specifically on the south side of town. Was wondering if anyone here knew how the rental market is (outside of college kids). Would be estimating around 1500/month rent price range. I don't live in Missouri anymore, so I don't have a great idea how things are trending in the area. Any info is apprecited
