Hey PM fam, I'm looking for a small place to rent in CoMo, and after looking into all of the apartments available and the brutal online reviews, I'm wondering if going the private route might be an option.
Just looking for a 1BR/1BA place (or studio), ideally on south side of town. My wife and I lived in CoMo forever, but we moved permanently to the Lake a year ago and love being down there, but my job is still in CoMo and I drive back and forth every day. After a year of doing this, it's getting a little old so I started looking at apartments first. Going to see a place at The Links, but the online reviews there (as well as every place online) rip it to shreds, so I'm not sure that's going to pan out.
That got me to thinking that maybe someone on PM either has or knows someone who has a mother-in-law room over a garage or a stand alone structure that would be like a 1BR or studio place?
Not expecting anything but figured it'd be worth a shot to ask.
