Gabe makes it seem that it's inevitable that we lose at least one, maybe more of our nine potential returning basketball scholarship players to a transfer. I got to thinking about the difference in the transfer culture of basketball & football. It's quite a contrast.
On our Citrus Bowl roster we had 68 scholarship players with eligibility remaining after that game. Of those 68, 67 are on the spring roster. Wow. Why such a diff. in transfer mentality football & basketball?
