Conference realignment is going to become a bigger issue in next five years.
Would anyone be in favor of SEC inviting OU and Va. Tech and having an SEC look like this?

Have playoff of four div. champions on Thanksgiving weekend.
Conf. Championship first week of Dec.
Four team playoff beginning NY Day.
Play 9 conf. games. If done correctly, you play teams outside of div. twice in four years.
ND replaces VT in ACC, no hard feelings.
If every conf. did that we'd actually have a 16 team playoff, with nothing added to the season.
I think it would be good for college football, be fun for fans.
Probably not enough money and payoffs for schools to get from bowls though.
