I should stress I have never talked to Eli, or met him. Just have talked to coaches here and other people involved in high school and college sports.

1. He has a very focused plan, but only has the Roman numerals etched in stone. He embraces others ideas for A’s and the B’s underneath each numeral.

For instance, he wants to be prominent on social media. But he is open to the social media team putting together the plan.

He is comfortable delegating. It has created a culture that everyone is important and has an identity in the program.

2. When he meets with high school coaches and trainers, the conversations are honest and the coaches feel like Drink and staff are taking what they say and how they feel to heart. It doesn’t come across as “checking the box” on having meetings.

He comes across as very genuine and people really feel like they can trust him.

In the end, winning is what will decide how successful he is, but as of now...the plan is working
