The police forces give a clarification on the self-certifications and explain why the first complaints have already started this morning.
It is not that if one completes the self-certification they can go wherever they want.
You have to stay home!
You can only move to:
- work
- need
- health
At the time of the check they make you declare and sign why you are moving. Once this is done, the patrol check (e.g. by calling the company, calling your doctor⚕, etc ... based on what you declare).
If they discover that what you have declared is not true, you get two complaints : one for the violation of the coronavirus public health ordinance (art. 650 C.P.) and the other for false declarations (art. 495 C.P.).
I made this clarification because many think that there are no controls or that authorization is enough, it is not so.
Shop only in your own town and for essential items! Shop, don't shop! One person per family 1⃣.
If you are 3 in the car and you are going shopping, report .
Max number of people in the car 2, the driver and 1 rear passenger.
"Even those who go on foot must bring self-certification" . This was stated by the head of Civil Protection Angelo Borrelli, during a press conference on the coronavirus emergency.
CONSEQUENCES:
art.650 penal code (arrest up to 3 months or fine up to € 206.00);
art.495 penal code (imprisonment from 1 to 6 years)
