Cut the cable cord?

I’ve got COX Cable and have 200+ channels and I watch 5. All my kids and many of my friends have cut the cord. My internet/phone/cable are bundled. We stream Netflix, AppleTV, Peacock, and Prime. What are you guys doing? I’d like to get my local programming and have some sort of recording option.
