Experience at Tennessee: Valuable experience, learned a lot from Pat Summitt, helped prepare her for Mizzou, as did her time at Virginia Tech.
Priorities at Mizzou: Get to know all the people at the school and in the state. A lot to learn. Has to earn everyone's faith and trust
On being the first female AD: Two women who were ADs when she started. Understands the responsibility she has to show younger women what is possible. Has to do excellent work to keep the door open for the next woman or the next minority.
Next couple of weeks: Said goodbye to everyone at UNLV today. Flies to Asheville NC Sunday for SEC AD meetings.
