Three year contract.
Year 1: $850,000
Year 2: $875,000
Year 3: $900,000
Mizzou owes Fresno State "up to $81,250"
If Mizzou fires Moore before the end of the contract, it owes him the remaining base salary.
If Moore leaves before Dec 20 2023 he owes $850,000
If he leaves before Dec 18 2024 he owes $425,000
Those damages are void if Moore takes a job as a head coach, a coordinator in professional football or if Eli Drinkwitz is no longer the head coach at Mizzou
Potential incentives:
$10,000 for academic achievement
$25,000 for winning division and making SEC title game
$50,000 for winning SEC title
Birmingham/Gasparilla/non-SEC bowl: $15000
Citrus/Group of 6 Bowl: $20000
NY 6 Bowl: $30000
CFP semifinals: $50000
CFP final: $60000
National title: $75000
$5000 for every win over nine
$5000 for Top 25 ranking
$5000 for being Broyles Award finalist
$10000 for winning Broyles Award
