Mississippi had scored on their opening drive. After the kickoff, on first down the KY RB broke it from the 25. He was running free and raised his hand at about the 25 thinking he was about to score as he had a couple steps on what the thought was the last defender. He let off the gas a bit and another defender who hadn't given up pulled him down at the three. They gave it to him on first down and he got to the one. He got it again on second down and was stood up just short of the goal line, fumbled, and Ole Miss recovered. Needless to say he got his ass chewed by Stoops and another coach. He better hope they don't lose by a TD or less.
Did anyone see the boneheaded play by Kentucky's running back?
