Did I miss the discussion about a QB in this class

I've read twice from the PM staff that the coaching staff will be looking to add a QB in this class.

Did I miss the discussion on why? If a transfer, who? I know the PM staff doesn't speculate but others do.

Who are the targets at QB? I love our depth at QB and wouldn't want to lose any of them.
