Good leaders surround themselves with people who will question and check them when necessary. They play calling and personnel hasn’t changed and the in game decisions haven’t changed so it just leads me to question if Drink has really changed as a coach after 3 seasons or is this who he really is? He’s the same guy he was the last 3 seasons but with a new offensive coordinator who should have been furious they didn’t go for it late on the 4th and 1. Not much growth from what I’ve seen. He seems like a control freak who is a smooth talker.
