I never really like to admit it but I do fly private from time to time on a lease time share. You set your own time no security almost immediate take off. The fact that no one planned at Mizzou to Beat the weather is kinda embarrassing. I am not sure who makes these calls and I am sure safety is the main concern. I mean I knew this snow was coming for days. Yes the storm came a little early but the fact that the team wasn’t in the air before the snow is CRAZY. Its not like they got tied up in commercial or checking bags. I can’t even believe that the private jet or company who operates the planes/pilot not saying the take off time was to late. I mean people make plans and spend good money for these tickets. I am going to take the stance that safety became a concern and no one wants another Oklahoma State tragic crash. This plane should have taken off at 6am or the night before. Even the company I use will let you change plans by the hour based on weather. I just am not buying the safety concern. SOMEONE DROPPED THE BALL in my opinion. I was looking forward to watching this before the Chiefs game.
