Auburn v Penn State: Lions failed to get a first down when it was 2nd and 15. But the down marker said it was 3rd down. Officials didn’t notice it. Penn State had to punt on 3rd down. I just assumed given the 5th Down game, that would be reviewable. Apparently not. Is there a good reason that I’m not seeing?
