i watched some ND vid from 2001..he wasnt great, but he could throw basic passes..he wasnt as awful as he appears..what happened? part of it, imo, is the line..but he hasnt been able to just complete a simple 6 yd out…imo, moore, also runs same plays as if cook is in…mistake imo, have a pkg for his skill set
