A friend of mine works for a local liquor store and on January 2nd a young lady came in to buy some cigarettes. He looked at her ID and wasn't thinking about the new year and new date for being the Legal Age. So he sold them to her and it turns out she was 17 and working for her Uncle who had her go in to the store. So didn't she actually break the law by buying and possessing the tobacco? to me it is also entrapment and my friend made an honest mistake as he did ask for her ID but misread it.
