I haven’t seen it discussed here, but the new interim head coach of the Carolina Panthers has Mizzou ties. Chris Tabor was a graduate assistant under Larry Smith from 1997-99, then was promoted to running backs/special teams coach for 2000. He’s a St. Joe native who graduated from Benton High School — the same school as Martin Rucker. It’s been 20+ years since he coached at Mizzou, but I thought it was worth mentioning.
