Given what even poorly-paid SEC head coaches are paid, how can you fail to manage the clock at the end of a game with the lead?
Possible answers:
(A) I don't know how to manage the clock.
(B) I got distracted and forgot to manage the clock.
(C) I have my own theories about clock management -- you wouldn't understand.
I expect to lose games because of mental errors by 19-year-olds, bad bounces, poor officiating, Alabama's talent level, etc.
I can live with arguable decisions about going for it on 4th down, trying a long field goal, trying a trick play.
But this one, I cannot stomach.
